Refund policy

REFUND POLICY

We are happy to accept returns for any reason within 30 days of you receiving your items and you will receive a full refund once the items are returned to us. If you cancel after your goods have been dispatched, you are responsible for paying the cost of the return postage.

If you wish to cancel, you can send us an e-mail at info@heatherandhaggis.co.uk or use the form on our contact page. Please include your full name and, if possible, your order number in your message, and please contact us before posting so that we know to expect your parcel.

We will provide your refund within 3 days of receiving the goods. Please make sure that you package the items carefully as they need to reach us in an undamaged, re-saleable condition, in their original packaging.

If your item has been personalised then it is exempt from the above refund rules, but your other statutory rights still apply.

We always thoroughly check our items before dispatching them, but in the unlikely event that you receive a faulty item you also have a right to a refund, replacement or repair under the Consumer Rights Act. Please do contact us if this is the case and we will rectify it for you.
